After your staff refused to serve my partner for this "condition" she told a pack of lies and completely twisted what my partner had said. There was no need for him to go to the dr's and went to another pharmacy who were only happy to help. When i called to ask for an explanation as to why he was refused, her attitude was obnoxious and uncalled for and she asked me why i dont go and see you rather than my partner. After explaining i was in work. She said so am i!! Very professional and completely unhelpful! I have now sent a complaint to ABHB if you would like me to send you a copy explaining the full story i can. Also if your phone calls are recorded this will confirm what i have just informed you.
